These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Christ Daily mobile application (“App”), operated by NAS STUDIOS PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (“Christ Daily” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Christ Daily, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

• Christ Daily is open to users of all ages. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with parental or guardian consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Respectful Use

By using Christ Daily, you agree to:

• Not submit requests that violate human rights.
• Not request or share personal information through the platform.
• Not misuse the App in any way.
• Not engage in hate speech, harassment, or offensive behavior.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Christ Daily is subscription-based with options to purchase access on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
• A 3-day free trial is provided for new users.
• Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your app store settings before the renewal date.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, access will continue until the end of your current subscription period.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Prayers generated by Christ Daily use artificial intelligence (AI).
• They are for inspiration and personal reflection only and are not a substitute for professional religious, spiritual, medical, financial, or legal advice.
• Christ Daily does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of any AI-generated content.

5. Account Deletion and Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from here.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in Christ Daily and its content (excluding user-generated content) remain the property of NAS STUDIOS PTE. LTD.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the App or its content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Christ Daily and NAS STUDIOS PTE. LTD. are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your use of the App.
• Christ Daily disclaims all responsibility for reliance on AI-generated prayers or content.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
